1. About TravelBee
TravelBee is an independent travel agency that provides phone-based assistance for new flight reservations and ticketing. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by American Airlines or any other airline. Airline names and trademarks referenced on our website are used solely to identify the airline a caller may wish to book on.
2. Nature of Our Service
- We help callers gather trip details and place new flight reservations through our travel specialists.
- We do not act as the customer service desk of any airline. For changes, refunds, baggage claims, or loyalty programs, please contact the airline directly.
- Service fees may apply in addition to the airfare. Any applicable fees will be disclosed by the specialist before a booking is finalized.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. By calling or providing booking information, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to airline availability, fare rules, and the terms set by the carrier. Once a ticket is issued, change and cancellation rules of the underlying airline apply. Service fees charged by TravelBee are typically non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate passenger names, travel dates, and contact details. TravelBee is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information you provide during the call.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TravelBee is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services, including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations, or denied boarding decisions made by the airline.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on travelbee.fit, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of TravelBee or its licensors. Airline names and logos are the property of their respective owners and used only for descriptive purposes.
8. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information you share during a call.
